I met the Sellers of this unique property through one of my other listings. They asked me to help them with the sale of their home, as well as to find a condo to downsize to. This property was located on the edge of the Parkway with views of the Ottawa River. It needed some cosmetic updating, but had dramatic living spaces with vaulted ceilings, and huge picture windows. I sold this property exclusively to some clients who were looking to be closer to Westboro or Wellington West. Although it was a little further West than they wanted, the private, protected views of the NCC land, and potential to make this property exactly what they want was enough for them to take the plunge.

I helped these clients buy this, their first home, in 2014. They got their foot in the door of the Ottawa market and it was a great decision! Townhomes in Kanata have increased in value tremendously and by the time they were ready for a single family home, they had built up some equity.

We listed this home in December 2018 in a hot market and received three offers! Sold it over asking!
